Windy in Llanfairfechan early on but being unsure how long it would last so took kite gear to West Shore. 9m was perfect. Sea very choppy until tide turned so glad I did not take windsurfing gear. A few others on 9m then Mike and Owen windsurfed on 5m, so good to get that correlation with 9m two thirds depowered.
Did some toe to heel turns, a few on small waves. Tried one heel to toe gybe but went horribly. Earlier Vinnie's chicken loop dropped out of his harness, then oddly so did mine but luckily I was much closer to shore. Gave up after a couple of hours as tired after recent days out. Pity as conditions were much smoother on tide turned
